These types of blogs offer insightful information on all the trials and tribulations podcasters face. But it’s not all gloom and doom! These blogs are also spaces where you can celebrate your podcasting triumphs!
We love podcast-focused blogs because they’re hubs of excellent information, insights, and opinions on the industry we love so much!
And over the years, we’ve collected a few of our favorite podcasting blogs. And we’re sharing that list with you today!
So in no particular order, these are our top blogs focused on all things podcasting.
1. The Buzzsprout Blog
One of our absolute favorite podcast blogs is the one from Buzzsprout. The Buzzsprout Blog is without a doubt one of the best podcasting resources. Their articles cover just about everything you need to know to help you get your show on the road, and how to keep the ball rolling. Their posts are also grouped conveniently under the relevant headings. So if you’re looking for how you can monetize your podcast, tips for recording great-sounding audio, and even the latest podcast news, The Buzzsprout Blog is just what you need.
2. The Podcast Host
The Podcast Host is another excellent podcast blog! There are over 500 articles available that cover all you need to know for starting a podcast. If it’s tech information you’re after, monetization methods, or editing advice, The Podcast Host’s articles will have it covered! The articles are easy to read, full of actionable advice, and just about bursting with podcasting knowledge.
3. The Audacity to Podcast
If you are looking for a blog that will help to improve your podcasting skills, The Audacity to Podcast is another winner. Daniel J. Lewis has been a podcaster for years and offers his readers useful tools to help anyone get started with the art of podcasting. And while Smart Passive Income is not solely focused on podcasting, there is a plethora of phenomenal content when it comes to “How To Podcast”. He offers many free resources to help podcasters make their show the best that it can be. And he also offers a great Intro To Podcasting Mini-course, and it’s free!
11. Castos
Castos is a podcast hosting site which gives you the tools to grow your audience, and connect with your community. And as such, they’ve also got a great blog to help you with all of the above and then some! Unique articles and solid information make this another blog to have on your list. Their posts cover podcast growth, podcasting tips, product reviews and developments, and there are even posts covering topics related to private podcasting. There posts are always an informative read.
12. Hot Pod News
Hot Pod News is another excellent resource for all things related to the growing podcast industry. Started by Nick Quah, it has recently been taken over by Ashley Carman, but the content is still as solid as ever. Hot Pod News provides insight and analysis on everything happening in this fast-paced world. Their coverage spans all the latest podcast news and developments, which comes coupled with some valuable insides and opinions. It’s one to turn to if you want an in-depth analysis of all that’s going on in the industry.
13. Fizzle
Fizzle.co is the go-to hub if you’re looking for looking for guidance in turning your podcast into a roaring success. Their blog has plenty posts all about podcasting, but you can also find great resources on entrepreneurship, monetization tips, as well as how to build an effective online presence.
